2005 Twin Anchors Patriot Houseboat Original owners It was purchased from Meyers marine in Redding June 2006 This boat has been the most reliable trouble free vessel I have ever owned The out-drive was serviced by Chris Marine in late 2015 The aluminum pontoons were tar coated just for a preventative measure after I saw other brands of aluminum pontoons boats suffering from corrosion issues Our pontoons were free from any signs of corrosion Due to the length of 31 feet we our precluded from needing a Forest Service houseboat permit Having moved the boat to a marina with dock power this feature was added to the vessel The AC power has made life much more enjoyable The on-board battery charger has made arriving a pure joy of knowing all the batteries are ready for fun An Aluminum awning was added with a Sunbrella cover We install as needed and the cover is stored inside a locker when not in use This All Aluminum Houseboat Is Like New With 200 Hours On The Engine Stock Number: B[removed phone]T
