1980 Catalina Elie B Sailboat Sail ready - This boat has been well cared for and was previously used for leisure. It has been trailer-sailed out of a marina. Exterior The hull is solid all the way around. Winches all in great condition. Tiller recently sanded and teaked. Has tiller cover. Safety lines all in good condition. Aft ladder. Spring assisted engine mount. Windows in great shape with no leaks. Anchor locker up front Front hatch to V berth. Cabin has a pop-top that rises from 4 4 to 5 7 of head room in the cabin. Pop top can be raised when sailing. Seals all intact. Makes for a bright cabin area out of the weather. Have replaced some of the blocks and shackles as well as a few new lines. Multiple sails with sail bags included. Main sail cover. Hatch boards and handrails were sanded and teaked this year. New cabin doors.
