1981 Catalina Yachts 25 Sailboat . 1981 Catalina 25 Swing Keel Standard Rig. Dinette Version Purchased 2012 and constantly upgraded. 2013 Installed CDI roller furling and 135% jib. Converted all halyards from wire rope to rope halyards. Installed new Catalina Direct keel hangar bracket and new keel pin and keel spacers. Built and installed new table with custom drawer under table. Recovered all interior cushions with new slip covers. 2014 New galley sink pump Removed alcohol stove and replaced with butane stove. Custom galley modification with storage under stove top. Custom galley sink cover. 2015 Installed new radio with interior and exterior microphones. Installed stereo system with two speakers. Installed manual pump for holding tank and new deck pumpout fitting 9.9. Mariner outboard serviced by Aqua tech of Bremerton.
